*All replacements must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Our plushies are made of the softest and highest quality materials. Our quality control team works tirelessly to make sure all plushies going to their new homes meet your standards. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your plushy you may return it within 14 days to receive a replacement or full refund. 

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition. Customers are responsible for their own shipping cost when returning item(s). It is encouraged to purchase shipping insurance when returning items. Full refunds will be processed once you submit proof of shipment. This includes, picture of item with address clearly labeled, and tracking id. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 

Yes, you may change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing the initial order. Please contact us at ________ within 6 hours to make any changes/ cancellations. We will try to help with any requests however can not guarantee any changes after 6 hours as our team would have already begun processing your order. 

What happens if I receive a wrong/ damaged order? 

While our quality control team is working to make sure each order is being fulfilled correctly, if your plushy arrives damaged due to the delivery process please send us a picture of the damaged product to _________ along with your order number. Same goes for if you received the wrong product. Please email us a picture alongside your order number. Damages or wrong orders must be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of your product being delivered. We will work with you to send a replacement or offer a partial refund.
