Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Depending on the order type/ size, our logistics team may send your order in separate deliveries if you order more than one item to improve shipping times.

Shipping times vary by location. Estimated shipping times are between 20-30 days. We are monitoring the the global supply chain closely and are constantly working to improve shipping times and efficiencies as best as we can. Shipping times does not include our processing time.

Although very few and far between, some items have taken longer than expected to be delivered due to Covid-19 delays in global shipping. If you are ordering for a birthday or special occasion we highly encourage you to order at least 2 months in advance to account for any potential delays.
